RGV Technology Institute was founded in 2022 in Pharr, Texas by Dr. Jorge A. Garcia — a higher-education instructor and TDLR Master Electrician with two decades in the field. He started the school with one goal: teach students the real, employable skills the electrical industry demands, and shape the electricians the Valley's workforce needs.

What you'll need

At least 17 years old (under 18 needs guardian consent)
Valid driver's license or government-issued photo ID
Interview with an admissions counselor
Proof of secondary education (HS diploma or GED)

Tuition includes use of equipment, facilities, and training; books and tools are separate. Tuition is subject to the school's refund policy.
